SUPER ODD!

last night was a bunch of things. normal was
not one of them, but it was unplanned, and
fun. ted's in town and we went to his friends
show at the artery. i only knew 3 people there.

here are some highlights:
- seeing taylor (1/3 people) as iv never seen him
before (really drunk).
- there was a chick who played 90's house/drum&bass
(think high bun pony tails, and an awesome throwback!)
i don't think ted and i stopped laughing and he asked her
to go play a show with him in calgary. id most def. go!
- when taylor played he knocked over the huge speaker
(without even knowing it!?) and luckily it was saved before
hitting the ground.
- this event was pretty artsy and there were 3D pictures
on the wall and a 'live art' projection screen water/dye
thing happening...people were jumping around it in order
for it to be super trippy.
- the last acts turn table i think ended up not working and
half way through the dude smashed his record over it...
awesome!

i thought i was on acid and not in edmonton while there.

we then went to the strat for a pitcher. some dude thought
i was 'some crazy chick' he use to know, and there was
an odd mixture of dudes with fox (the brand), and
raccoon (the animal) hats. that place is kinda fucked.

super odd night! super tired today!
i move in 2 days! totally not packed!
vancouver in 3 days! totally stoked!
