its colder today, so i upgraded my layers.
4 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of long johns over my jeans, 2 shirts, 2 sweaters. and then my coat, tuke and such.
its impossible to get a cab. i never have change for the bus and the bus seems silly for how close i live. so, i walked. the wind was conveniently blowing in my face for about 10 blocks. out of the corners of my eye i could see the tips of my hair turn a frosty white.
i'm scared to leave and head home tonight.
i'm definitely not coming in until it starts to warm up (-26) on thursday. iv also decided that if i survive this winter, im just going to fly to warmer climates every time it starts to get chilly. the norwegian in me loves the snow, but the muy caliente latina in me cant handle it...and im going to listen to the spicy jalapeño blood flowing through my veins because it knows best.
